As a customer of Better Hockey you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

Once we receive your order we will immediately send a confirmation e-mail with information about your order. We urge you to check your order confirmation to ensure that everything is correct. If anything is unclear you should contact us immediately. Your order confirmation is also valid as a receipt.


We offer free shipping on all orders over 200$. To get a shipping quote, you simply need to add the items in your cart and fill out the information requested.


We ship all orders from our warehouses in Ohio, US or Ontario, CA.
All in-stock orders process the same or next business day. Orders are normally delivered within 2-5 business days. 
If an item is not in stock, you will find information on our website about when the product is expected to be back in stock.


Once an order has been processed, we will email you a tracking number so you can track your shipment online.


If damage occurs in transit, please report the matter to our customer services desk. This must be done via e-mail to . Notification must be given within a reasonable period of time after you have become aware of, or might reasonably be expected to have become aware of, the damage. It is therefore important that you remove the packaging and inspect products carefully. 
In order to ensure that all damage claims are dealt with as efficiently as possible, it's important that you keep the product packaging so that it can be inspected. Depending on the extent of the damage sustained, rectification may take the form of delivery of new goods, remedying defects or a price reduction.


Better Hockey want to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you want to return or exchange an order within 30 days of purchase, a full refund will be issued for any unused products in their original packaging. All returns will be shipped back to Better Hockey's warehouse at customers expense.
Please send an email to requesting an RMA number before sending your items back. 
Returns must be well packaged and boxed and sent to us.

Better Hockey collects personal information when you register to receive offers from us via e-mail and register sales orders in our stores, make purchases on or participate in prize giveaways organized by Better Hockey. We also collect information about your use of our web pages via cookies.
Better Hockey collects and processes the following information: name, address, telephone number and e-mail address. In some cases, information may also be collected from third parties, including in connection with quality assurance of personal data.


Better Hockey uses the personal data only for marketing purposes or in connection with purchases being made at Better Hockey collects information so that we can provide our customers with relevant offers that suit the customer's interests.

Better Hockey is responsible for the personal data processed. Better Hockey will not sell or transmit received personal data to third parties, which means that you will not receive information from companies other than us because of the personal data we have collected from you. Better Hockey collaborates with subcontractors and business partners to process and store information and for marketing on behalf of Better Hockey.
Processing of personal data will either take place to fulfill the contract with you, with the support of consent (eg marketing and newsletters) or to fulfill a legal obligation (including accounting).

Personal data will be stored as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which the personal data was originally collected. This means that collected personal data for marketing purposes is deleted if newsletter cancellation takes place, or if you withdraw your consent. Personal information resulting from placed orders or agreements that you have entered into with Better Hockey will be deleted when the agreement has been completed and when all obligations related to the agreement have been fulfilled. Personal data processed by Better Hockey to fulfill legal obligations will be deleted as soon as the legal obligations have been fulfilled.
You have no obligation to provide Better Hockey personal information, but it may be a prerequisite for obtaining goods and services. You may revoke your consent to the processing of personal data for marketing purposes at any time. The easiest way to do this is to cancel your newsletter by following the link at the bottom of each newsletter.

The products we sell come with a 1-year warranty. This warranty does not cover the misuse of the product or the products fitness for a particular purpose. Neither does it apply to those cases where we are unable to find anything wrong with the product, or where damage is the result of the customer’s negligence.

The product warranty does not apply to errors arising out of any changes made by the customer to the product's function and appearance, such as rebuilding, upgrading or reconfiguration of the product.

Note that for companies, other rules apply to warranty and service information. Businesses purchasing from us receive only the warranty supplied by the supplier, wherein the warranty period may vary between different suppliers. In addition, companies have no right to make any claim over and above their guaranteed right from the supplier.
