I really enjoy working out my legs on this amazing slideboard. Super well made, and easy to make longer or shorter! This slideboard really makes you feel like you're skating on the ice and you can work

The Extreme Slideboard from Better Hockey is an amazing product for any player willing to improve their stride on ice and work the muscles you would use when playing! For the price, you cannot get any better. Great stuff from Better Hockey, highly recommended.

WOW!  This slide board is Amazing!  It is 8 feet long and you can easily adjust it to make it smaller until you gradually work your way up to the full 8 feet.  Slides perfectly, thanks to the free booties which are included, they really make you feel as if you are on ice.  I use it for working out as there are hundreds of different exercises you can do with a slide board besides just sliding from left to right and back again.  Best workout I ever had. I really like that this is a quality slide board, very well constructed.  Easy to roll up and pack away when not in use.  Extremely happy with my purchase.
